The owner hopes to design a set of forest healing courses based on sensory experience and interaction with nature, and is committed to promoting forest healing to the public.

Pain points & Challenge

Through interviews and observations, we've identified potential pain points and challenges, primarily concerning confusing workflow and processes, and varying needs among individuals.
The process is too long and arduous, not everyone has the stamina to endure it.
The activity flow is too complicated; if you fall behind, it's hard to catch up.
The main focus is on interacting with nature, and there aren't many opportunities for participants to take photos.
Some participants are not interested in specific activities.
Some of the introduction are not detailed enough, however, some them are too detailed and boring

In the UI (User Interface) aspect, the primary challenge lies in making limited visual adjustments within the existing framework. It's crucial to ensure that the visuals within the chatbot align with the product's tone while also adhering to the framework's specifications.

Review

This is our first attempt at using virtual products to enable users to experience the "five senses," requiring us to comprehensively understand various aspects of the forest for each experience. This has made me realize that as a UX designer, one must maintain a thirst for knowledge and be willing to experiment
